We have people staying in our house all week as of last night and I left my actual fit test log in the spare room and so I just pushed myself really hard because I couldn't remember what my last results were....
Today
Switch kicks: 80 sets (160 total)
power jacks: 79
power knees: 126
power jumps: 60- I probably could have done 5 to 10 more
Globe jumps: 14 sets (56 total)
Suicide jumps: 20
Push up jacks: 53 i probably could have done about 5-10 more
Plank oblique: 60 sets (120 total)

As you can see I have improved even from my max from my first round! Yay!
Now I recover for a week and then start my insane P90x mix. 12-22 lbs to go to my goal weight...it depends on how I feel as to what my final weight will be...but at least 12 lbs to go.....wish me luck!!!!
