I got carried away...
I made Salad dressing. guacamole and one tasty looking salad for dinner tonight...
Salad:
1 bag Spinach leaves
a few sprigs of cilantro chopped
1 cucumber chopped
4 green onions chopped
Handful of baby carrots chopped
1 tsp of pureed ginger
1 tsp of pureed garlic
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lime juice
1 8oz package of boar's head feta cheese crumbled
The dressing:
honey garlic vinaigrette
I added a little lemon and lime juice and 1 tsp of pureed ginger
and a little sea salt and pepper
The guacamole
