Things are looking up.

So last night was a blast at dance. I tried silks for the first time and they thought I had been there before because I climbed up the silks like I had been there multiple times apparently...that made me feel good about myself :D Apparently climbing is my thing :D

Things I have noticed lately:

-my complexion has cleared up- less acne

-I am looking more toned (I can see it- my husband and my coworkers have noticed too)

-I am never hungry

-I feel happier even though I still hate my job

-When I crave something it is usually healthy

I do not know whether to attribute these things to decreased carb intake, or the introduction of cinnamon pills (2000 mg per day), or my stress load possibly decreasing, or just the fact that I am happy due to dance

But I don't care...my self image is getting better too....I have to wear skin tight clothing and short shorts to dance to be able to do a lot of the stuff and I am getting to the point to where I can accept what I see in the mirror and not feel stressed about it.



I have just started implementing Vitamin C...this is supposed to help your body regulate stress hormones....In order to do this though you have to take between 5000-8000 mg per day....but you have to start small first...yesterday I took 1000 mg...today is 2000 mg...and so on and so forth....


I gave up on lemon water the day I found black mold in my water bottle....ewww....Anyways...I will keep you posted...but so far I highly recommend cinnamon.

Have you ever heard of/tried St. John's Wort? There was a treatment facility I was looking into once that relied on it.
