Sort of.
I lost weight last year....but didn't keep it off because of too many get togethers, stress, a cruise, and the holidays....they ruined me...so I ended up gaining a lot back back but kept off 10-20 lbs...sigh....My goal for this year is to lose weight and keep it off....I am thinking going vegetarian....I have done this before...I went off because I went vegan and then anorexic...so I won't be repeating the vegan part, but vegetarian would be good for me, and I would eat meat occasionally...I can't eat eggs and don't really like dairy and am slightly lactose intolerant....so all I have to do is come up with meat replacements and I am good to go....Right now I am juicing for 40 days...I am on day 3....My sister is doing it with me...after my 40 days I will have a 5 day come off where I incorporate solids on day 3....Then I will start my new eating plan...I am thinking of planning meals either a week or a month in advance so that I can save time and money and so I will have more of a variety of things to choose from and not get stuck in ruts...There are so many options and I am excited to try it out....I thought about going raw for a moment...but really enjoy eating warm meals....I couldn't eat soo many things I like and that would make me unhappy....i might post my weekly meals....I might include recipes as well...we shall see...i am kind of excited about this!

I always love the recipes you post! I usually drool over them for a few minutes. I've started planning meals weekly and it helps a lot. I fall off the bandwagon still and there are nights we end up getting Subway or pizza, but generally it helps
