Last Sunday there was a group Birthday party celebrating the August birthday's of Andy's cousins: Hillary, Luke, Brenden, Shawn and of course Andy himself.
This past Friday, the 8th, we did some celebrating of our own. I took the day off from school and spent it with my husband.
We went out to dinner at Outback Steakhouse and then went to Blockbuster and rented 10 movies.
When we got home he opened a present I got for him and then later my mom dropped by with a friend to watch Andy blow out the candles on his cookie dough ice cream cake.
The next day I had to be at the Provo River Half Marathon at 4:30 am- I didn't get much sleep and I had too much to eat the day before so it was a little challenging in that I was tired and had a full stomach, but all things considered I think I ran faster than my first half marathon. I think I at least shaved off a few minutes. All I have to say is that after running a marathon, a half marathon felt like a piece of cake. It was super easy in comparison to what I have put my body through these past months, and it was fun.

Good job on the half marathon! I don't think I'll ever get around to doing one of those. I would love to try but umm....yeah maybe someday. My husband would like to say that you can't listen to country music anymore because you'll ruin me, my baby and you. Country music makes you dumb. I guess. Or so he says. He would like to add that he's a doctor so he KNOWS that country music makes you dumb. Yup...I love country music too!! Don't listen to that crazy guy!
Holy crap, this is a huge and awesome post! I loved the pics :)
