I have been working out consistently since I was a Sophomore in High school- not to mention dancing since I was 4 and swimming since I was 5-I run 4-6 miles every other day with long run on the weekends (as I am training for a marathon), I have been doing small toning workouts during the week and am going to start swimming again this week. However, I tried Power Yoga (as recommended by Mandy Wheadon) for the first time in years this past Saturday and am so sore I can barely walk. My abs are in so much pain that it feels as though someone took a baseball bat and beat me with it- not to mention my shoulders and hamstrings. I have not been this sore in a very, very, very, very long time. I didn't even know these parts of my abdomen could be sore?! I know it sounds like I am upset about this, but I am not! I love being sore- it is proof I got a good workout- which means I don't feel near as guilty eating a few more cookies or peanut butter hershey's kisses:). So....if you want to be in a great deal of pain I highly recommend Power Yoga by Gaiam.

I'm excited to try this! I don't remember the last time I had abs (maybe college?) so I am all over this. Well in a few months of course. Thanks for the recommend!
