So...I decided I wanted to make sourdough, stuffed crust pizza from scratch....The pizza's turned out enormous- I made a large one and a small one....I didn't know sourdough got so huge in the oven...after making such a huge pizza that was like 5 lbs per slice I don't think I will ever be able to look at a regular pizza the same again...

After that- I took string cheese and tore it apart and rolled it under the crust- then
I made my own sauce. I took a large can of tomato sauce and added a bunch of seasonings.
Afterwards, I sprinkled a lot of cheese on and then put on the toppings. I baked at the 375 for about 30 minutes or until it was done- they were huge. Here are some pics- but they don't do them justice.
