Although I pay rent and electricity bills for an Apartment in cozy Wymount- I would like to clear up a wild misconception...I do not live there. Yes, I may keep it stocked with food and sleep there- but I cannot consider Wymount my true home.
Some of you who have been considering themselves my neighbors for a while now are probably confused-where do I live you might ask- well don't worry, I shall tell you....
My actual address is C477 of the BNSN building. You see, I am an Organic Chemistry grad student which means I am a lab rat.
As you can see its covered in books- my computer, and pictures of family- Hooray!
Now you all might be wondering- do I have actual real-life people friends- and the answer to that is... no- I am a grumpy, friendless, hermit and don't believe that people exist.
Just Kidding!!!
Here are my friends Crystal and Katie Co!
I go and vent all my frustrations to them all the time!!
Believe it or not there are other people in the lab with me- but they are never here so one day I will post pictures of my lab mates and my professor the slave driver.
Now you have seen where I spend all my time- I am here from the time I wake up until when I go to bed- and if you don't believe me- you can ask my husband- we never see eachother- and it bites!

And here is my lab bench where I run things like TLC's and write in my notebook.
This is my other hood where I run things like columns- and look there they are- my friends- I can always count on having a column to run.
And here is my lovely drain that has a bunch of stuff in it and I do not know how it got there...
Wait- it gets better- I have an office!!!
And as you can see it is located in C481 of the BNSN building. The lab and the office are actually connected- but they have separate room numbers-odd.

This is so funny. You are clever, and I believe that you really do live there.
As one of your confused neighbors, I appreciate the clarification. What's funny, though, was when I first walked into our empty Wymount apartment, I thought "This reminds me of a chemistry lab." So, really, there's not that much difference in your two homes. :) This post made me laugh though.
sarah, i would totally run a marathon with you... if i was crazy! jk, lol! ;) no, i really need to get back into it. i ran a half marathon too, and that was WAY more do-able. I would recommend the half. I'm totally down for a half... ;)
