Vacation to California

August 14th-19th we took a trip with our dear friends Emily and Jared to San Juan Capistrano, CA. The first day, the 14th, we drove to St. George and stayed the night. The Next day we drove all the way to California. On the way, we passed a fire.

When we got there we went straight to the beach.

The next day we went to Knott's Berry Farm- it was my first time there ever- and my fisrt time on a roller coaster since my car accident back in 2005. After the first 3 roller coasters, I was done, but we all still had a blast. They talked me into going on a ride like splash mountain- except it was all splash and we all got soaked.

Then the boys rode Rip tide over and over again.

We stayed at Knott's till late that night and Emily and I got a souvenir- a new toe ring

- while the boys won us some Taz Devils. The next day we spent at the beach and some of us tried to surf- but there were no waves.

Later that evening we went to the movies and saw StarDust which was pretty good. Saturday we went shopping. I got a new outfit and two new pairs of ear rings, while Andy got a Guadalupe shirt- so we were all happy. Later that evening we initiated the White family to Nacho Libre. Then Sunday we drove home. It was a very fun, but not long enough, vacation.
