In the Process.....I achieved my teaching goal; I bought a silks, hoop and trapeze; got a new phone; made an inspirational board that I wake up to everyday; got a desk; got a printer which died already; got more flexible; improved eating habits; increased water intake; really worked on not spending too much on food; stopped baking until christmas; worked on self; achieved my inch loss goal for this year; performed on every apparatus in the studio; made yoga a regular practice; got my brass monkey and hand spring, improved my flexibility; figured out how to climb the silks and pole to the top in a straddle position; can do 10+ pull ups; have a start to a 6-pack; got my circus mount, straight leg circus mount, russian roll ups, meathooks and crazy controlled shoulder mounts....
This next year has to somehow compare if not beat this last.....I have a list of fitness related goals.....climb up, down then up the silks in a straddle; iron x on the pole; controlled hand spring and brass monkey; plange and reverse meat hook; hip circles and pin wheels; back circles...the list goes on; continue to improve on flexibility; do even better on budgetting....get down to a size 2/have a 6-pack; travel more...try to go somewhere at every vacation opportunity that I have available...no races....no baking....low gluten and sugar diet...lots of water....continue to train 20+ hours a week....
