I have grown so much as a person by being a mom, more than I ever anticipated, but growing is a painful process at times and the Lord doesn't want us to feel bitter or resentful toward our kids!*Meg Larsen*https://www.blogger.com/profile/17194509720824768800noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9043781025948379261.post-43019693764788231332010-02-07T12:01:06.991-08:002010-02-07T12:01:06.991-08:00I second Katie's thoughts! And, although I don't think you're ever COMPLETELY ready for something like that, I do know that the Lord helps change our hearts when the time is right! I know you'll be fine when the time is right and like Katie said, you'll be a great mom!!Crystal/Scott/Charlie/Johnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08671866532707459395noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9043781025948379261.post-38354992763548907032010-02-05T22:14:46.729-08:002010-02-05T22:14:46.729-08:00I don't think the Lord would want you to have ...I don't think the Lord would want you to have children if it wasn't your heart's desire, and you're still young! You have plenty of time to have kids! The Lord can change your heart about it, or He can just decide to give you one (which he would then prepare you for- He won't give us anything we can't handle) because ultimately it's His decision anyway. He may have used this verse to speak to you personally about having your own kids, but I think in context it's more talking about being willing to minister to children and guiding them to become children of of the Lord. If we weren't willing to show our love that way then people may not believe we love the Lord. So don't worry, Sarah. I think you would make a great mom but rest assured it's all in God's hands :-)Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09052391408538405451noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9043781025948379261.post-15913831579026904502010-02-05T14:35:47.165-08:002010-02-05T14:35:47.165-08:00don't have kids till you're ready then. d...don't have kids till you're ready then. don't listen to the pressure of others cause you are the one HAVING the kid. it's got to be all or nothing though. the lord is not going to throw in a kid and wish for the best. he knows and he'll help you know. also i wanted to upvote your opinion of utah drivers. i'm so lucky to live in washington.Rachelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01709977625330912266noreply@blogger.com
